Here it is week two and I am having no problem staying on target with my video a day challenge! If you have fear regarding what you look like and how you sound this video is for you!
Ann M. Evanston is a “Chief Breakthrough Officer” teaching other Business Warriors how to slow down, and find the most unique part of their business that makes them stand out among the crowd. She has been named one of the top marketing consultants by About.com, is a guest blogger for Showcasing Women and takes pride in moving you from “blah, blah, blah” to “BOOM, BOOM. BOOM!”
I have to say, I'm not sure about the look thing yet(after all I'm all about Little Bits of Beauty, but i have to admit, your content is always GREAT!!!…and I get that. I MUST overcome my fear of my video machine and figure this out. Thanks for your inspiration and your terrific content.
People love beauty in their homes AND want to be natural and comfortable, always a challenge to think that way, I know but if you are more natural and surrounded by the beauty you create…!
Thanks for providing the relentless inspiration. Your wonderful blog is always welcome jolt. I suspect I'm like most who claim to be your students — working hard to stay on top in whatever business we love, while scrambling to keep up-to-date with marketing opportunities using social media. So we turn to a few experts like you, who can lead by showing the way. Five Tips, Six Strategies, Ten examples, Five Keys, Six Mindsets… you're laying out the treasure, and we're grasping whatever we can, whenever we can. Thank you!
Robbie I am honored that you find my techniques easy to use as you tackle the Social Media World!
Ann I love how real and genuine you are on video. I totally agree that you have to keep it real by delivering great content! I have just started my own fitness videos and have my own channel on youtube (inspirefitness) – one a month or near holidays – totally not taking myself seriously with the themed outfits but the workouts are for real! I'd love to share with you at some point. Keep up the great work.
Joy! So awesome! Video can grow into even more for your business down the road too! I will check it out!
I think you are so right on, the thing that is most important is the content. That is what people are looking for, not Miss America. But you do look confident and 'real' as you mentioned! This is something I must add videos are now 🙂
Robin! It's not easy to get over, especially for women that “Miss America” thing. When we do though watch out, biz will grow! I look forward to seeing you in video!
Hey Ann,
Thank you so much for sharing, video is one of my challenges this year. I have done three but I need to do so many more. Getting my mindset over the fact that people are listening to my message and content and not whether I am worth Miss World is something I am going to conquer this year.
Thanks for the great advice.

Beth! I so appreciate your “realness” in sharing! A little challenge I throw my clients? 30 days of videos – you will get over it quick! 😀

Good stuff, I work from my home and I like to do real!
Ann, my husband keeps telling me I need to be professional about making my video so I keep putting it on the back burner. I promise, here and now. I will do at least one this month.
